Night Shows ?

Seen IllumiNations years ago... Has it changed any? Is that the best one? What other nightly shows are worth seeing at other parks?

Night Shows ?

Illuminations is still going at Epcot, but it%26#39;s been the same for quite a few years now. Still, if your there, it%26#39;s worth a view.

Wishes is the nighttime fireworks show at Magic Kingdom and it%26#39;s also worth seeing. I think it%26#39;s an improvement over Fantasy in the Sky they used to have.

For me, the best night time show is at MGM Studios with Fantasmic. This one is in an ampitheater and can only be viewed from there, but it%26#39;s a great show. Fireworks, characters, a good storyline, water fountain movie screens, fire barges, are all included in this show. It%26#39;s great.

Night Shows ?

Magic Kingdom: Wishes

MGM: Fantasmic

SeaWorld: Mistify (seasonal: probably only summer and/or thereabouts) fireworks

Universal Studios: Universal 360

Thanks Kat, Fantasmic sounds interesting. Do you have to get there early to get in?

Yes, to get a really, really good seat (like front and center), you%26#39;ll need to arrive at the ampitheater about 1 hour before showtime.

If you%26#39;re not that picky about where you sit in the venue, you can arrive as late as 15 minutes before showtime, but you%26#39;ll be religated to the very side sections.

Thanks Kat %26amp; Eddie!

I agree that Fantasmic is the best one :-)

you can get a dinner %26amp; show plan that covers dinner in a choice of 4 different places and seating in a reserved area for the show ... have a look at http://www.allearsnet.com/din/fantdin1.htm for details of the package and http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm#mgm for the set menus that you get on this plan ..

the plan means that you only have to show up at the show around 30 mins before and should be able to walk right into your seats rather than the 60+ min normal queue you would be dealing with on a busy day ....dont leave it too late though as because you will have prepaid for the show they will let you in if at all possible but that might be in the standing area if thats all that%26#39;s left..

but the queues arent that bad a lot of the time so it depends what time of year you are going to be there...unless its high season and/or an EMH%26#39;s day you shouldnt have to wait for more than 40-50 mins ..
