We are staying in Ft. Lauderdale but will be hanging out mostly in South Beach for Superbowl weekend. I know that Nikki Beach has some great parties going on all day/night Saturday (2/3), but admission may be a little too pricey for some in our group -- it is turning out to be more expensive for almost everything that week.
My questions are: will the parties be overflowing onto the beach and street around Nikki Beach on Saturday enough that we might want to hang around there some?
Also, can you give me the scoop on Volleypalooza? Is this a free event? Admission price/levels? Is it worth attending?
I know that most of the hottest clubs will definitely be packed Saturday night. But, where can we expect to have a decent chance of getting in without paying $50-$100 apiece? Would you recommend any clubs over others?
Also, how late do the buses run / what time do they start up again Sunday morning -- we may take the train down from F.L. so we can party and not have to worry about parking and designating a driver.

To say that the parties are going to ooooverflow on South Beach is accurate. The model volley tourney is Feb 3 on the beach... just look for the hotties EVERYWHERE.
Not sure how big your party is, but the bus idea is a little difficult. It may be best to rent a car and park in one of the public garages overnight and drive back and forth rather than trying to navigate that great a distance on public transport... The train runs down the mainland - not to the beach. You will end up in central Miami and still need to get to the beach by taxi or bus - which will take forever.
You can google up all the shuttle companies running from Lauderdale - and there will be lots of them working Superbowl weekend... or transfer from FL airport to MIA and split the $40 cab fare to South Beach - but honestly - it%26#39;s going to work out EASIEST and least expensive to drive...
