Hi there
I know MK is a full day. Wondering how much time you allow for each of the other parks. What I would like to do is not rush out every morning to get to a theme park.
Thank you for your input

Mgm, Ak, Epcot How much Time do you allow?
You didn%26#39;t say when you%26#39;re visiting..... Don%26#39;t underestimate the importance of arriving early during busy seasons. We arrived exactly at opening last July (1-7) and saw/rode everything we wanted to. AK can be done in a full day or less. We like to hit AK early, take a mid afternoon nap, then hit MGM at night for Fantasmic! We were at Epcot only one day and could have used more time. MK at night is a special treat as well. Don%26#39;t forget to build in days to rest, hit DD or the Boardwalk, the parks are exhausting.

While it may not be ideal, it is better to always be at the park when they open because most folks aren%26#39;t and you can cover so much ground in that first 1.5 hours or so.
That said, from my experience, here%26#39;s my best estimates:
Epcot--one full day or maybe even 1.5 days depending on crowds.
MGM--1/2 to 3/4 of a full day if you do all venues. Always stay for Fantasmic in the evenings.
Animal Kingdom--a little over 1/2 day. Even in more crowded times, you should be able to get through A.K. in about six to seven hours.
When we%26#39;ve had park hopper passes, we often spend the first half of a day at Animal Kingdom, then go to MGM for the second half of the same day. Usually, we can cover all our favorites at both parks in this manner.
Hi there..thanks for the input so far. We are going March 2-9. And truthfully if we miss a few things then so be it. I would rather have a nice relaxing time then see IT ALL. I want to do the beach........swim at the pool. Last summer we went to Chicago and tried to cram it all in three days. Ended up basically wasting some admissions because we were so worn out it wasnt even fun.
We are getting a 5 day base pass...........have no intinerary other then maybe hitting MK on that Tuesday.
Can you tell me if we hit AK Saturday or Sunday are we crazy? Or MGM? It would be nice to go to one park during those two days to spread it all out.
Thanks again!
Shelly
Many times weekends are less crowded in the parks due to people traveling on the weekends. I would allow 2 days for MK one for mgm, one for epcot and one for AK.
Shellbell,
You need to avoid MGM on the weekend you%26#39;ll be there (March 3 %26amp; 4) because of the ESPN The Weekend events going on there; crowds at MGM will be much larger than normal. That is, unless you want to participate in the ESPN events.
You might want to give A.K. a try on Saturday and Epcot on Sunday, but I%26#39;d stick with your Tuesday plans for Magic Kingdom.
18 visits since 1976 and still finding things to do and see ,as most hoildays were on average 17 days of wich at leat 9 were spent in the disney parks thats 9 *18=162 days *on average 8 hours each day =162*8=1296 hours devided by now 4 parks (there was 1 then2 in the early days 1296/4=324 hours and ive still not done some attractions due to closeures while there rofl
