I don%26#39;t understand how this ';magic your way'; works. It sounds very confusing to me. I will have 4 days to visit the parks. The parks I am most likely visiting will be Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom (for sure) and MGM and Sea World. How do I go about purchasing a multiple day ticket? Can I visit more than one park a day? How much would a 3-4 day ticket be? HELP!!!
confused on ticket purchasing ????
Hello beachlova,
You%26#39;ll have to purchase your Disney tickets seperately from Sea World. Since your going to three Disney parks simply purchase the 3 day base ticket you%26#39;ll save time, money and the aggravation hopping from park to park. Enjoy a park a day and get all the attractions in in the park your in, instead of wasting time, and energy with transportation. Go to www.disneyworld.com and it will show you the 3 day base ticket prices. Also, for a wealth of information www.allearsnet.com is another great site.
confused on ticket purchasing ????
If you do decide to purchase the ';park hopper'; option, it will cost you an extra flat fee of about $48/ticket above the prices below.
A three-day base ticket with no park hopping (expires 14 days after first use) is $204.48 for adults, $170.40 for children. If you add park hopper, the cost is $268.38/adult, $234.30/child.
A four-day base ticket with no park hopping (expires 14 days after first use) is $215.13 for adults, $178.92 for children. If you add park hopper, the cost is $305.66/adult, $269.45/child.
The Magic Your Way tag is a way of allowing you different options as %26#39;add ons%26#39; to the base ticket. For every option you add, the price goes up. It now costs extra for park hopping, no expiration of the tickets, water parks and more option, etc.
Kat-clubs fan - If I buy a 3 day base ticket for 204.48 and then decide to add on park hopping later, do I pay an extra 268.38 or the difference between the two? Also, how much would it cost me to buy a 3 day base ticket and add park hopping on the last day? Thank you so much for your knowledge to ALL the questions on this board. It is invaluable to us all!

Also, I will be traveling with a 2 year old so it is my understanding that her tickets are free. Do I need to bring a birth cert. or anything to prove that she is 2 or do they take your word for it?
We will have 4 full days while we are there. Since the weather will be cool I don%26#39;t anticipate staying at our hotel and swimming, etc. so I imagine we will get out and hit the parks each day until late afternoon and come back to chill. I am planning to take her to MK and AK for sure. I was considering MGM also for the 3rd day and maybe Sea World the last day. In your opinion am I cramming too much in 4 days? Should I consider other options for her or spread it out? What would you plan if you were traveling with a 2 year old and staying off-site? Your opinions are so very helpful to us all! THanks so much for your knowledge and your time!!!!!!
About adding park hopper, if you decide to add it to your tickets after you purchase, the charge will only be the extra $48, not a full priced ticket. The park hopper option is a flat fee no matter how many days your tickets are for.
I believe you won%26#39;t need a birth certificate for your child, simply tell them she%26#39;s only two, and unless she is unusually large for her age, that should be good enough.
Concerning your schedule, I think if you don%26#39;t try to go from dawn till midnight each day, doing four days in a row won%26#39;t be too bad for your child (chances are she%26#39;ll be in a stroller and will be napping at some point in the day too). Start off early in the mornings and cover what you can before she gets too tired each day. Then, as you stated, leave late afternoon to go back to the hotel.
Also, I would concentrate on Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and SeaWorld if you are just taking the child into consideration. Not much at MGM nor Epcot for a child that young, but if you want to go to those parks for yourself, then do so. Epcot is especially good for adults.
My opinion is that, with your young child in the picture, you really don%26#39;t need to do the park hopper thing. One park a day will be sufficient to wear all of you out pretty quick. I only recommend park hopping for older children or adults who can ';go all day long'; without breaks or naps.
Hope this information helps you plan.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!! Ignore me post about responding...I guess I did it right.
Yep, you got it.
Happy Planning!!!
By the way, when is your trip scheduled for? Maybe I can help you decide what day of the week to visit which park based on when your visit is.
