I am moving to Daytona from Denver in February. I am finding it hard getting a place to stay and job lined up since I am only planning on staying into April. Bad time to look for a hotel during those months. Its ';busy season'; during those months and rates are rather high.

You might be able to get a short-term lease at that apartment building.

Since that is a busier time -- you will probably be able to find work at restaurants - resorts - etc...

If you are just looking for something to get by....

Check out the Daytona News On Line to live on the cheap --- may be able to find a room mate or something...

look up ';florida pennysavers'; they have tons of private listings for rentals...it is a free local newspaper here.
