Where is the best place to be in MK to view wishes? How about in Epcot to see Illuminations? We prebooked Hollywood and Vine to see Fantasmic. Was this a good idea at $23.99/plate? Will be there Nov. 11-17.

we watched wishes from the train station on the top of main street. we had a brilliant view and we were also first out when it finished.

Unfortunatly everybody is trying to see it there! Be there early!
Otherwise every view with the castle in background is cool!!

In Magic Kingdom, if the train station is too crowded, anywhere along Main Street is good, but the best spot on Main Street is just at the end of the building row near the bridge for the mote.
For Epcot, the best spot is right up front near the Showcase Plaza. At this spot, you%26#39;ll have the best view of the ';video globe'; float out in the lagoon. If this spot isn%26#39;t available, try either Mexico section or the U.K. section. This will also put you closer to the main front exit for leaving after the show is over.
If you are staying at one of the Epcot resorts, I like the bridge between the UK and France, especially the ';island'; with the different levels. It makes for good views and a quick getaway.
If you are exiting Epcot through the front, then you will exit quickest from Showcase Plaza. That%26#39;s a very popular place to watch from for this reason. You can also find some good viewing points toward Mexico or Canada (just watch for trees obscuring the view).
For Wishes, the absolute best spot is just where Main Street ends the the central hub begins right in front of the castle. But that%26#39;s not the best point if you are wanting to make a quick getaway. You%26#39;d need to be in Town Square near the train station for that.
A SUPER place to watch Wishes is in front of the Tomorrowland Noodle Station. It%26#39;s the structure on the walkway connecting Main St. to Tomorrowland. The only downfall to this location is they don%26#39;t dim the lights at the Noodle Station. But it%26#39;s the perfect view and doesn%26#39;t usually get too crowded.

We will pass on wishes and fantasmic because my son need to go to bed at 8 pm. We will just watch the parade in the afternoon.
Any recommendation for the best spots to watch the parade in MK, Epcot, AK and MGM?
Oldjayhawk--Does your son need to go to bed early due to medical reasons or just a little one who tires out by 8:00. If not for medical reasons and if you are staying in a Disney resort, I would try to head back to the room for a good afternoon nap and then back to the parks for Fantasmic and Wishes. THEY ARE FABULOUS!

to pack a child off to bed by eight when he is at disney and make him miss the fireworks !! ; oooh noooo. one late night in his life would nt kill him surely
