Central Gulf Coast question

We have never been to the Florida Gulf Coast for a vacation, so I%26#39;d like to get recommendations from those who know it well. We don%26#39;t have a full week of vacation in March, but I was able to find a few properties that would do nightly rentals. In your opinion which of these choices which would be best for 2 adults and a 7 year old.

Addy%26#39;s Nokomis Villas (Description says that the beach is across the street)

A cottage on Siesta Key not beachfront but on the water, or

Pigeon Toed Pelican Inn (I think it%26#39;s on Palm Island, but I haven%26#39;t gotten an exact location yet)

I have leads on a few other rentals, but I want to get my reservations done since the properties book so quickly.

I appreciate your advice!

Central Gulf Coast question

Unless it has changed locations, Addy%26#39;s Nokomis Villas is on the Tamiami Trail (US 41) and not across the street from the beach!

Where are you getting the information?

Where is the location of the Siesta Key cottage?

I know nothing about the Pigeon Toed Pelican Inn, sorry.

I will say that March is very busy due to Spring Break.

Many places are booked up.

What type of lodging are you looking for and what is your budget?
