Sea World vs. MGM

Planning our itnerary and I have a Saturday and a Monday open,

Which park would be better { less busy } to do on the Sat.

Sea world or MGM Disney?

Sea World vs. MGM

I would say Sea World on Sat. and MGM on Monday. We were just at Sea World last Satuday and it was not hugely crowded, no lines (but it was January!) , and the only show we were closed out of was the 3:15 Pets Ahoy- and that is in the smallest indoor theater.

Sea World vs. MGM

That may depend upon time you%26#39;re going. If you go to 鈥o.com/wdw/calendar/parkhours/calendarHome鈥?/a>

you will see the park calendar as of now thru July. Days marked with Extra Magic Hours tend to be busier so you should adjust for that. There are other events like ESPN the weekend, Star Wars weekends, etc. that will bring in large crowds.

Monday is an evening EMH day for MGM Studios, so that may factor in the crowds at MGM on a Monday evening, but may not make much difference until late afternoon.

MGM Studios is a smaller park and can be covered easily in a day%26#39;s time, even with moderate crowds, if using Fast Pass.

I would vote for SeaWorld on Saturday and MGM on Monday, but get an early start on the day there.

What age group is your party?

2 adults,15,13,9 and we are staying at a DW hotel., however I forgot I booked Medieval Times at 8:15PM and they told us to be there at 6:45PM so we would have to leave whatever park by about 6:00PM?

Medeival Times on the SATURDAY {sorry}

If you have to leave by 6 on Sat. then I would for sure say SW on that day. MGM has the Fantasmic show in the eve. %26amp; it really is a must see.

Plus there should be 2 Fanstasmic shows that night with EMH, you would probably want to go to the later one, and run around on rides while everybody is at the first one!
