Have just booked 5 nights at this hotel... at the end of our holiday ... we have stayed there twice ebfore and have been pleased with it.. however I have just read some unsavoury reports.... dirty, cockroaches in the room.......any good experiences please!!!!

Alot of people thinks that those bugs are roaches they not it%26#39;s a bug that is known to Florida when I came to Florida 1 year i seen this huge bug sticking out from behind the stove I called the front desk the maint. man came and explained it to me I knew it couldn%26#39;t have been a roach caused the 2 long whiskers very long some people get really scared but you can%26#39;t blame them I have never stayed here so I%26#39;m sorry but I would see how many are good and how many are bad

I have stayed there and it was fine, nothing to worry about at all.

Clean, friendly staff and no bugs ( not that we saw ) in our room and we wre there fore 14 days.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had any problems. I don%26#39;t know why it gets so many bad reviews-it isn%26#39;t the most modern hotel but every room I%26#39;ve had has been clean,clean bathrooms,the pool is fine and it%26#39;s conveniently located. I%26#39;ve never seen a roach there. The only problem I%26#39;ve ever had is that there is not enough parking and sometimes I have to park around back...big deal. I think you will be just fine at this hotel unless it%26#39;s fallen apart in the last month-I just stayed there in December,

A lot of the hotel reviews on this site are written by the competition-or by people who have had one bad experience-I just can%26#39;t believe I%26#39;m so special that I have never had a problem here when I read about so many others. They even provided a fridge at no charge during my last stay.

I always take reviews with a pinch of salt too. People are more inclined to post bad experiences; if they have a nice time they are less likely to.

Therefore statistically there will always be a bit of an off-set in terms of balance. If you see a good review, there are another 10 who haven%26#39;t mentioned how good it was. If you see a bad review, there%26#39;s maybe only another 1 who hasn%26#39;t mentioned how bad it was.

I%26#39;m getting a little confused now so will shut up - but you see what I%26#39;m getting at? (Wibble)

My bessy mate stayed at this hotel in October and we flew in 2 days after her as a surprise. I actually walked past her in the foyer and she never saw me, but as my hubby said she wouldn%26#39;t because she never expected me to be there. Anyway, sorry, it was a lovely hotel and the staff very helpful.

well thank you each and every one of you... i am totally happy with my booking now.. and should ( and I doubt it) anything unsavoury be in my room ... the management team will know about it very quickly ... but sure things will be great .. cheers
