Help for a 20th anniversary visit.

Hey All,

Have booked 4 days at the Ritz (beach) for June 23-27. will have a car. Im looking for some help with a few things. -

1. A nice romantic resteraunt for our anniversary dinner (June 26). Cost not a huge issue (well, within reason.. :) ).

2. Nitelife for a couple in their mid40%26#39;s. We%26#39;d like to have a few drinks, dance, but not have to endure a mosh pit, so to speak.

3. A ';beachy'; bar to hang out in one afternoon/evening. Something very casual and laid back.

4. A ';day trip'; intinerary. We want to spend a couple of days at the hotel beach, but would like to checkout the sites on one of the days.

Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated. Oh, a couple of last things:

how is the weather in June?

Is the Ritz a ';pay extra'; for everything type of resort. In other words, do we have to pay for chairs and umbrellas (or cabanas) on the beach. I thought i heard that they only have Valet parking, which is fine.

Any other info anyone can give would be great. Again, thanks for helping me out.

1. Ritz (beach) and the Ritz (golf) both have great romantic restaurants. If you want to venture outside the hotel for dinner try ';Naples Tomato';. The reason I mention the Ritz Golf Resort is becasue you might want to take the complementary shuttle over to check it out or for dinner. (it goes back and forth every half-hour until 11 pm

2.Try 5th Avenue on the weekend

3. Turtle Club during the afternoon or dinner is great for drinks (get a table outside) also you%26#39;ll love Gumbo Limbo (the bar on the beach at the Ritz) great food, drinks and view.

4. Shopping in Naples or Marco Island, Ft. Myers etc...

Expect fast showers in the afternoons and 90+degree days :) HUMID!!

Ritz (beach) only has valet parking. Ritz (golf) has both...You will not have to ';pay extra'; for umbrellas, chairs at the pool or beach at the Ritz (cabanas not sure).
