Hi! I am new to the forum and thought this would be a good place for some advice. Am planning a 3 night trip in Feb. 07 to the Clearwater Beach area. No kids, just adult r %26amp; r time. Can anyone suggest where to stay in the area (Indian Rocks Beach, Bellaire Beach, etc.) and would you suggest a condo (1 br/1 bed) vs. hotel/resort? The only requirement is a place right on the gulf so we can open the doors and hear the waves! Am open to hearing what condo complexes are good along with hote/resorts. Thank you so much for your help and ideas!
Where to Stay Near Clearwater Beach
Hi there we stayed at the best western Called the sea wake.
we had a lovely time here we had a sea view to die for it was beauitful. We stayed in kissimmee but took some time out from the parks to go to clearwater and we are glad we did. We saw dolphins from our balconly and the room was great. We had two double beds as we had two children with us, it also had tv,fridge,coffee machine,iron,ironing board etc, it cost us $99 for one night that was in august. There was plenty do on pier 60 and lots of pubs and restaurants.
We had a private beach and pool.
