Ramada Inn Lakeside-International Drive

We have booked to stay in this hotel in November. We usually stay in the Quality Inn but thought we would have a change. I need a honest opinion of this hotel. If its on a par with Quality then I will be happy as its an extra hol as we are Disney mad and can%26#39;t keep away

hi higgy this used to be called the m.i.c. lakefront until it changed hands... its not a big hotel as it backs onto wet,n,wild..... i wouldn%26#39;t say it was on par with the quality inn .. but outside you have all the restaurants and bars you will need.. i have heard some say its gone down hill but then again haven%26#39;t they all??hope this helps.. as i m sure my learned colleagues will probably advise in depth .....tony7....

hi higgy- we are staying at this hotel in september. Like you we have always used the quality before but fancied a change. A bit scary but will let you know what it%26#39;s like when we get back

We have stayed here before but unfortunately this was a few years back. We thought the hotel was clean, basic standard room. Nice pool area, not huge. They have food on site and there is a lot of restaurants, grocery stores very close by. Hope it hasn%26#39;t gone downhill too much.

Hello again higgy. just returned from a great 3 weeks in orlando. The Ramada on I drive was just fine. Clean rooms with room cleaned/towels changed daily. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss.sometimes there were yoghurts and bananas-othertimes not.Alway plenty toast,baguls,pastries, cakes,cereals,fruit juices,tea and coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful.NO BAR THOUGH. We got a weeks lynx pass for $12 which we used to get to disney. No. 8 to seaworld.Stay at that stop then get the no.50 to disney..We walked to universal and islands of adventure (love the latter).Wet n Wild just up the block. As youv%26#39;e been before you%26#39;ll know all the tips already. Have a great time when you go.

Hope you had a good holiday. Its good to know what to expect before you go. We probably won%26#39;t eat breakfast in the hotel anyway as we are fans of Ponderosa. If the beds, towels and showers are clean we will be happy. Reallt looking forward to it. Only 5 wks to go.
