we are staying in emerald iseland resort ,this month our 15yr old will sometimes want to go to the parks on his own. Is thre a bus service from the 192 to all the parks, especially universal and how much is it any help please

According to this link (found after a quick consult with my Google Gods):

there is only paid transportation from the Windsor Palms development. So you will have to take your son there to catch the bus. And in fact they do not make it clear if that includes Universal.
