anyone stayed at Orange Tree estate?

Normally we stay the other end of th 192 but have booked here for a change.I realise iit is on US 27 just wanted some feedback.

stayed at orange tree last year in a fabulous villa.it is a bit of a trek to US 27 but there is a big walmart on the way, but we found the store further along just before orange tree much nicer.if i remember the name, will let you know.walmart was just too huge!just remembered called winn dixies.

I know someone who owns a vacation rental in Orange Tree. Her Villa is very nice and is well booked. Testimonials from guests have been very positive.

Just back today and we stayed in a villa at Orange Tree which was a nice, quiet estate. We booked through Globespan and the one we were allocated wasn%26#39;t what I%26#39;d call ';executive '; ( have stayed in nicer) but was comfortable enough . Ours had one en suite bathroom and one other bathroom for other 3 bedrooms to use - no curtains at windows and some of the slats from blinds missing, it just lacked some of the finishing touches of other villas we%26#39;ve had before - thats not to say that you will get the same one ! .We had a few problems- pool area covered in dead bugs and hadn%26#39;t been swept for our arrival, lizards and frogs managed to get in through a big gap at the bottom of the front door ( my kids just loved that NOT) but a call to the management company and it was fixed that day so no complaints there.

I reckon its a good 25 -30 minute drive to Disney taking into account traffic on 192 and they are working on US27 so watch out for the roadworks, especially at night cos it%26#39;s not too well lit. (Wouldn%26#39;t pick up Orange Tree on sat nav, so if you%26#39;re using it, set it for Weston Hills Boulevard which is estate opposite and it will get you home)

There%26#39;s a chinese, Domino Pizza etc near end of 192 which will deliver to Orange Tree if you want -we used both no poblems. Supermarkets, Post Office, Walgreens are a couple of minutes drive away.
