Has anyone used www.hotelcorp.com for booking tickets and/or hotels, are they a trustworthy site?
Does anyone have another site suggestion for booking hotels and tickets to disney etc? or are we best to wait till we get there to get tickets for disney?
We will have 2 1/2 days in the area we were planning to go to disney and kennedy space center ( 2 adults - no kids) or is there something else recommended?
Is there transport avaliable from the disney area ( we were thinking of staying at travellodge or similar) to Kennedy?
Thanks for your help in advance
tickets, hotels and transport
If you want to go to Kennedy, and you don%26#39;t have a car, I would book it through a sightseeing tour company, so you get transport and admission together. If you have a car, you can easily see Kennedy in a half day.
If you are only spending two days at Disney, there really aren%26#39;t any discounts on the two day tickets. So it%26#39;s entirely a matter of personal preference if you want to buy them ahead of time or wait. If you wait, you won%26#39;t have to worry about losing them on such a long trip.
As far as hotels go, have you checked out sites like hotels.com or expedia.com? There are lots of hotel websites, and if you do a search of the forum, you%26#39;ll find a lot of reviews of different companies. I also like to do a search of the hotel name in the forums, in addition to reading any hotel reviews. I find that people are more candid in the forums, regardless of whether their info is good or bad. Some of the sites like Expedia will let you order the tickets and pick them up when you arrive. That%26#39;s another option to consider.
Have you decided which of the four Disney parks you want to visit? If you are interested in space travel, I would recommend a trip on Mission: Space at Epcot. Then you can either go to the Magic Kingdom (which has the Space Mountain Roller Coaster) or MGM (which has the Star Tours ride, based on the Star Wars movies). Keep in mind that if you buy a two day base ticket, you will have to select one Disney park for each of the two days. If you get to a park and find it%26#39;s not for you, you can%26#39;t change your mind. If you add the park hopper option, you can go to two or more parks in the same day if you choose. So if a park doesn%26#39;t interest you, or it%26#39;s too crowded, you can pick another one.
tickets, hotels and transport
Thanks for the help. I know nothing about Disney so have no idea about park ticket options etc.
We have 2-3 days in orlando after a cruise and dont really know what is best to do or see. We assumed kennedy and disney would be the star attractions as we arent really interested in the theme parks too much.
Do you have any other suggestions?
