Have never been here and will be staying in Kissimmee mid-October. Please tell me what there is to do (no children, just hubby and I)? Also, reasonably priced places to eat? Also, what is there to do in area? Going to Epcot one day and have one other day to see area and do not want to do anymore Disney Parks. Thanking you all in advance for information, especially about good places to eat not too expensive. Thank you
Downtown Disney Information Needed
Downtown Disney consists of three areas: Marketplace, West Side, and Pleasure Island.
Both Marketplace and West Side mostly consist of various shops and restaurants, while Pleasure Island is a ';night club'; area where several clubs are located with various themes.
Also located at DTD is Cirque du Soleil%26#39;s La Nouba theatrical show, Disney Quest ( a large indoor interactive arcade), and also a 24-screen AMC movie theater.
Visitation to Marketplace and West Side is free as well as the parking. Some night clubs in Pleasure Island charge a fee. Fees are also charged for Cirque du Soleil and Disney Quest.

dont miss earl of sanwich for lunch and visit the biggest disney shop for some early xmas shopping
When at epcot while walking around the lake dont eat before as their is food stalls from all around the world and it is a great expiriance to try a few of the small portions on offer. At about 3-6 dollars it an inexpensive way to try new foods
Downtown Disney is primarily shopping and restaurants. It can take the better part of the day to get through everything. There are plenty of places to eat that are reasonable. If the prices of the Downtown Disney restaurants are too much, you can try the hotels along Hotel Plaza Blvd., or venture out to SR535 where there are dozens of restaurants in the cheap to moderate price range, like Chevy%26#39;s, Olive Garden, Pizza Hut, TGIFridays, etc., as well as fast food like McDonalds.
There is a marina at the Marketplace where you can rent watercraft, which is also a lot of fun.
Check out Warbird Adventures at the Kissimmee Airport. Lots of fun flights, very memorable.
