Has anyone ever stayed at the pineapples cottages? It%26#39;s a house with 3 units that all share a pool. Beachside, good price but wondering why price is so good....

Probably the cost is so good, because the owners can share the entire cost for the entire house over three seperate units, and that they all share the same pool. This house makes a good option for empty nester snowbirds who care more for being on the island, rather than the options or size of their accomodations. If in fact, the unit was remodeled in Sept 2005 that would be a good thing, in that a good number of houses on the island located on Gulf Front and beachside did sustain some type of water damages from Hurricane Dennis in July 2005. This seems like a good price if you don%26#39;t mind staying in a Triplex and sharing of the pool.
