That could be a little tight depending on how much time you plan on spending in the room.

I have freinds who just returned from Port Orleans Riverside with their two kids and they said they liked it better than the Polynesian.

They did not have a car. From POR you can take a boat to Downtown Disney.

All depends what your budget will allow and what you feel comfortable with. There are lots of pictures of all the resorts on allearsnet. Read the reviews on there before you decide.

The rooms are small but if you plan on spending most of your time in the parks then it will be fine. You won%26#39;t be bumping into each other or anything. The resort is very very cute, colorful, and lively. It has some of the best photo op spots you can imagine. Our favorite section is the Toy Story section. It is the next closest to the main building/pool/bus areas without paying the $10 extra for the preferred section. We have stayed in the preferred section before and while it is closer (very little) to those areas, the theming in the Toy Story and Dalmations sections are much cuter. The Dalmation section is very very cute also and is again close to the main areas without paying extra. The farthest section is the Herbie the Love Bug section. I think your family will be happy here. The rooms at the moderates are not really that much larger they just have double sinks for the bathroom and a minifridge. If you wish to save the $ for other things, then I think you will be happy here.

Don%26#39;t get me wrong, I would stay there again without hesitation.

It was very clean and very quiet. Like I said we were in the Love Bug Building. It was far to the bus but just a few steps to the parking lot where are car was. You can use the pools at the other all star resorts also. It was a quick walk across the parking lot to the quiet pool at ASMusic. Very cute piano pool and my daughter loved the Ariel statue. Most of our time was spent in the theme parks and just at the resort to rest or shower. The theming is very Disney and really is something to see.

We%26#39;ve stayed at the Beach Club, Port Orleans Riverside, Pop Century, All-Star Sports %26amp; All-Star Movies and we really like All-Star Movies. The rooms are a basic hotel room but ours have always been very clean and the theming is a lot of fun. There is an energy that goes with the value resorts that we actually prefer to the moderates %26amp; deluxes.

Here is a link with more information about the All-Star Movies that you ever wanted to know - they use the abbreviation ';ASMo';:

Just looked at those links and learned something new myself. Since May of this year, the Toy Story and Dalmations sections are now ';preferred'; also since they are so close to the main areas. They were not the last time we stayed there. So now those are also an extra $10 per night. Worth it? It depends on how bad your kids want to stay in a particular section. While the Love Bug and Mighty Ducks sections are a little farther away, it isn%26#39;t that bad of a walk. We would probably have to do it if we were staying there because my daughter (and myself) are big Toy Story fans and this section is adorable and close to everything. If your kids are content to stay in one of the farther sections, then I wouldn%26#39;t pay it. I would just walk around and take pics in the other sections. You will definately want to do that.
