Transportation to Sea World

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are staying in a resort in WDW and would like to spend a day in Sea World. We will not have a car and would love to avoid renting one. Any ideas on what would be the best way to get there? Cab? or is there is any type of shuttle?

Thanks!

Transportation to Sea World

We have always used Mears attraction shuttle. There had been some posts recently about bad service from them so I was a little worried about using them on our last trip (which was last week), but we had excellent service from them as usual. The picked us right on time (actually a few minutes early)both ways and the drivers were very friendly. We purchased the transfer in advance at www.viator.com and printed off a voucher. It was $15 per person for the round-trip transfer from Pop Century at Disney to SeaWorld and back. We simply printed the voucher, called Mears a few days before we were to need the transfer to schedule the exact pick-up times (you only have to do it 3 hours in advance though), and gave the driver the voucher when he arrived. No problems at all.

Transportation to Sea World

I actually just found out about a lynx bus....is this worth the effort and perhaps confusion. i heard it is only $1.50 per person to get to Sea World instead of the $15 / person Mears shuttle. Can anyone shed some light on this info for me?

Thanks!

Bus 50 from TTC will take you to Seaworld, just take Disney transportation to TCC.

How long does the Lynx take to get to Seaworld? Were also staying at WDW. I had been advised to get a taxi to the Premium Outlet and then the I Drive Trolley to Seaworld? Thanks

Unless they added stops, when the bus leaves TTC, Seaworld is the first stop its going to make, so depending on traffic it will only be the time it takes to drive from TTC to Seaworld, 20-30 minutes plus you got to add the time its going to take you to get to TTC from where your staying.

NOTE: Make sure its the bus that is leaving Disney on the outbound trip and not arriving at Disney inbound or its going to make other stop at Disney. (it doesn%26#39;t really matter because its going to be the same bus anyway)

Thanks for your help

I should probably know this, but what is TTC?

Sorry....I haven%26#39;t been to disney since I was 8.

Thanks everyone!

TTC is Transportation and Ticket Center

So whats the overall consensus? TTC Bug 50 or Mears?

Thanks all!

...and by ';bug'; i mean ';bus'; :O)
